Refund and Refill Policy
Media Mister offers refills for delivered numbers that drop. Voluntary refunds, including change-of-mind refunds, are not offered. Mandatory consumer rights still apply.

Refills instead of voluntary refunds
Media Mister’s voluntary service remedy is a refill when delivered followers, views or likes drop. A refill replaces the shortfall associated with the purchased service; it is not a cash refund or a promise of additional growth beyond the original package.
Media Mister does not offer voluntary refunds for change of mind, a preference for another package or disappointment with business outcomes that were not promised. This policy does not exclude any refund, cancellation or other remedy required by applicable consumer law.
When the refill guarantee applies
The stated refill guarantee applies whenever delivered numbers drop. There is no fixed number of days after delivery within which a drop must occur. Keep the original order reference and public destination link so the request can be matched to the purchased service.
The guarantee concerns the delivered count. It does not guarantee follower activity, watch time, comments, sales, enquiries, organic reach or city-targeted accounts. A new destination or a different metric is a separate service rather than a refill of the original order.
How to request a refill
- Email [CONTACT EMAIL] or use the published contact channel.
- Include your order number, checkout email, service name, package count and original public destination.
- Describe the drop and include any relevant count observations or screenshots. Do not include passwords or payment security details.
- Keep the original destination publicly accessible while the request is reviewed.
Media Mister reviews the request against the order and arranges refill delivery for the qualifying shortfall. No fixed refill completion time is promised here. For an update on a submitted request, use the same order reference.
Delivery issues and incorrect details
Orders start delivering within a few hours and complete gradually according to the count. If delivery has not started or seems incomplete, contact support with the order details. An order issue should be reviewed separately from a drop in numbers after delivery.
If the supplied link or username is incorrect, notify support promptly with the correct destination. Keep the account public and avoid deleting the relevant content or changing the username during delivery. A correction request does not automatically confirm that an order already in delivery can be redirected.
Australian consumer rights
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees. Depending on the circumstances, those rights may include a refund, cancellation, repeat performance or another remedy. A voluntary refill policy does not replace a remedy required by law.
If you believe the service has not met a consumer guarantee, explain the issue and the remedy requested. The matter will be assessed on its circumstances rather than treated as a change-of-mind request. See the ACCC guidance on consumer remedies.
Digital services and policy enquiries
Media Mister supplies digital service packages, so there is no physical item to return. For questions about a drop, incomplete delivery or your consumer rights, contact [CONTACT EMAIL]. This policy applies alongside the terms and conditions.
