Using the service

These terms apply to the Media Mister package catalogue and digital service orders. Read the service description, selected count, price and relevant policies before paying. By placing an order, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Order only where you are authorised to use the destination and payment method. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, impersonation, harassment, fraud or infringement of another person’s rights.

Service scope and platform independence

The catalogue includes Instagram followers, views and Reels likes; Facebook followers, Page likes and post likes; and TikTok followers and likes. Each package applies to the selected metric and destination. An account-level package does not automatically add engagement to individual posts.

Media Mister is not an official partner of Instagram, Facebook or TikTok. Platform names identify the destination service only. Customers should review the relevant platform rules. No guarantee is made that purchased counts comply with a platform’s rules or prevent action by that platform.

Order details and customer responsibilities

Choose a package, add it to the cart, and provide your email plus the public Page or profile link, or username. For views or content likes, also provide the exact public video, Reel or post link. Review the details before payment.

• Keep the destination public and accessible during delivery.
• Do not delete the relevant content or change the username while an order is being delivered.
• Do not provide social media passwords or payment security details in order notes.
• Keep the confirmation email and order number for tracking or support.

Notify support promptly if a link is wrong. The ability to change a destination depends on the order’s delivery stage; a request alone does not confirm that redirection is possible.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars, shown as AUD. Payment is available by card or bank through the checkout options. The price displayed at checkout is the amount to review before confirming the purchase. A reference table or earlier exported price may differ from the current live package price.

Use a payment method you are authorised to use. Payment providers may apply their own terms. If a payment or order appears duplicated or incorrect, contact support with the order reference and a description of the issue, without sharing full payment credentials.

Delivery start and completion

Orders start delivering within a few hours and complete gradually according to the count. The start of delivery is not a promise that the entire package will finish within a few hours. No single completion deadline is stated for every quantity.

Destination access and platform changes may affect delivery. If delivery seems incorrect or incomplete, report the issue with the order reference and public link. The service remains subject to remedies required by applicable consumer law.

Refills and refunds

Delivered numbers that drop are covered by the stated refill guarantee whenever a drop happens. There is no fixed refill day limit. A refill concerns the qualifying shortfall for the original service and destination, rather than a new package or a different metric.

Voluntary refunds, including change-of-mind refunds, are not offered. However, this does not exclude refunds, cancellations or other remedies required by law. The refund and refill policy explains requests and consumer rights.

Results and service limitations

Packages change selected counts. They do not guarantee active followers, Australian-origin accounts, city-targeted delivery, organic reach, watch time, comments, leads, sales, sponsorships or feature eligibility. Continue to assess meaningful business outcomes separately from the purchased metric.

Media Mister does not provide account management as part of these packages. Statements about service availability or delivery do not establish endorsement by a platform. Illustrations on the website are marketing visuals, not evidence of individual customer results.

Privacy and communications

Consumer rights, disputes and updates

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies consumer guarantees or other rights that cannot legally be excluded. Any limitation of the service operates only to the extent allowed by applicable law. Statutory remedies are assessed on the circumstances of the issue.

To raise a dispute, email [CONTACT EMAIL] with the order details, the issue and the outcome requested. These terms may be updated for future orders; an update does not retrospectively remove accrued rights. The terms accepted when an order is placed remain relevant to that order.
